Last Season, The NCAA put Syracuse in the situation where they were against another dangerous Big East opponent in the second round.
Is it a stretch to think the committee won't put Syracuse in another potential tough matchup with a good Big East opponent early on?
No matter how good Syracuse may be, it is always a difficult matchup with a team like Marquette or Georgetown in the NCAA's, since they are familiar with your system & they are top 20 caliber.
I only hope they stick some other Big East schools in a tough spot in the earlier rounds, & give the CUSE a breather at the outset...
Hopefully, it won't be necessary, since there may not be more than 6 teams from the Big East in the Tourney.
