The next good news is the days will quickly start to get longerHope you are correct tomcat, they have moved many of the counter weights that balances the load lifted in position for Walt. I'd like to see the girder go up tomorrow.

It's interesting because the work on the northwest side has regularly required the scaffolding at each of the box girder joint. I don't see the same scaffolding at each joint in the opposite corner.What the heck is attached to the bottom of it that looks like a window washers platform?
The bottom pic is really cool in seeing the progress. However, scanning across the beautiful campus quad, my eyes relative to the roof lines of the various buildings hit a significant visual speed bump in regards to the dome's new roof structure being erected. No doubt, from a pure engineering standpoint what they are doing is pretty spectacular, however, architecturally speaking, at least for me, aesthetically it's much to be desired.
