So, they fired Franklin to get out in front with finding their new coach, and now, while everyone else seems to have found their coach, they're coming up empty while forfeiting an entire recruiting class. That's beautiful.

Mike Tomlin hasnt coached in CFB since Y2K... I would be more than shocked if he looked at the landscape today and opted in to take over a program.

No idea who anyone else is "hearing" things from - but I think the reason why its floating around in the media is because there's been some very preliminary discussions. My ex-wife played soccer for Penn State so has lots of informal contacts in the school who are telling her Tomlin is a possibility.

I'm personally hoping it doesn't happen, watching and enjoying this trainwreck while pretending to be sympathetic when she's complained to me about PSU football has provided me so much enjoyment over the last two months.
