I HATE Uconn.. but I give respect where it's due, the one time Big East dormat has turned itself into a college basketball Blue blood in just around 40 years and our beloved orange is sinking like a rock.. That being said red or whoever is coaching next year better get a hell of a better team in here for next year or Hurly and the boys will win by 30+..

JW has nothing to do with the basketball schedule. It’s done by Pete C at Red’s direction.

Guys, I'm all for cuse but let's call a spade a spade. UConn has far surpassed us in basketball, and we will likely never catch up, at least in the short term. Our glory bb days are in the rear view and there is no guarantee they will ever change, especially given the current college sports landscape. Let's appreciate what we had and hope for the best, but we are in no position to say anything about UConn bb. Sometimes it's better to just shut up. I would be ok with closing this thread. Go Cuse!!

So JW doesn't have full authority on hiring/firing and no involvement in bball schedule, interesting.

Youd think w current state of affairs and JB gone he might have more involvement.
