The Welch Thing...

The AD will tee up the hard questions with Dino, not worried if we hear them post game. I would imagine changes will occur after last game and based on the DC change will happen quickly so new blood can impact recruiting before Feb signing.

If he was hurt why was he standing on the sidelines in pads right behind Dino?

Exactly, he was standing there, with his helmet on. No trainers, no treatment.

there is no sideline treatment

Most of the class should be signed in December.

Look, y’all can cry injuries all you want...but TD threw that ball up to no one but a Louisville player and they were about to get into the game. It was terrible terrible qb IQ. It even could have been Tommy was doing the wrong play and the receiver was no where near there because he was running the correct play.

For all we know all season when we thought WRs were idiots and not running right routes it was TD not on the right page and Dino finally had it

You've never seen that happen? So your theory is the guy who has played 95% of snaps this year and was throwing 67% for the game was taken out of the game? For what reason?

No. I’ve never seen a QB who had been mostly effective all game pulled at a critical juncture and then stand behind the coach on the sideline looking like he wants to go back in.

And I’ve watched a lot of football.

When he injured himself the first time he stood on the sideline next to Babers.

There’s a lot of you guys on here that need to stop drinking the orange kool aid at this point and take off the orange colored glasses and look in the mirror and realize we have some serious deficiencies

Right, so using the power of deduction, what do you think is the reason for him not being in the game?

Use your noggin. He was obviously hurt.

Is this post in the wrong thread? This thread is about why Welch went in.

TD and the offense are NOT the reason we lost today. He played a decent game.
It’s not the reason because the defense was again that bad. But just because something wasn’t THE reason doesn’t mean it does not continue to have its own issues.

Just rewound and watched that sequence. I’ll bet my house on the fact that Devito was not hurt.

He's been hurt all season, according to some.
