If Babers has confidence in Welch being able to make all the throws needed, he's lost whatever ability he had to evaluate quarterback talent.

This is exactly why I started the thread. You have to be smoking something pretty nice to think Welch is as capable as TD.

Agree. He winced in a way different than after any time he has been tackled in a while. I think he realized the extent of the injury after he tried throw and failed so badly after the injury (re-injury would be more accurate).
