I do not disagree. Very possible we go 5-7, make a bowl game and be by far the best SU football team since '12. Very excited for '18, which in my opinion will be a the team that can play with anyone.

Wasn't that an early season game, with a new offensive scheme new defensive scheme, near zero depth, and limited experienced payers? I think Louisville will be a little impressed with some of the advances the team has made since they last saw each other.

It was earlier in the season, but it's not like our defense got any better as the season went on (except for the Va Tech outlier).

Hard to tell how the defense was playing when the ended the season with most of the Dbs and DL hurt and guys they didnt expect to be on the field playing most of the minutes.. Even the big boys struggle when the depth they normally use goes away and they are starting at a much higher level of play than us.
