Yes that is good stuff... I liked their sauce. I have a smoker at home and make bbq all the time. I liked their biscuit but like my ribs better. the pulled pork was very good. i will have to pick up some of that wango tango soon.

I always go for the Barbeque's prime rib sandwich then add bacon and swiss cheese. Phenomenal with Wango Tango sauce on it.

yea you had me at bacon

Simplest terms, it's one pound of crispy bacon with cheese, onions, peppers, and barbeque sauce wrapped in two pounds of sausage (breakfast sausage is best because it's milder in flavor) and then wrapped in two pounds of bacon. Then smoked for two and a half hours.

My buddies make them with sausage inside of a pork loin and wrapped in bacon. with extra spices around the sausage links.

That first recipe is no good, you can't make it in an oven, that's lame.

I'll add a couple tips. Wrap in foil for the first hour to seal in the juices, then unwrap for the remainder of time. Also, brush with maple syrup a couple times.
