If sloppy errors like this bother you, you'll definitely want to stay away from the lacrosse media guide. There are some doozies, particularly in the player profiles, including three guys listed as having the same jersey number. (And apparently Dylan Donahue and Kevin Rice had the exact same stats for each of their four years at SU. The stats section says Rice won the "Tunrbull" Award, and Donahue's career ended, in 2015.)
