In no particular order.

Beautiful day for football the weather looked perfect wish i could have made the trip.

AJ is the real deal. Simple he makes plays. He seems to have that "feel" that all good QB's have. He also has very good vision and is super calm almost chill which i like. Also if you listened to his post game interview class kid with a good head. I really like him and see huge upside over the next three years.

Lester is also the real deal. The guy is working without many of our key players yet the O looks as organized and in synch as it has all year. This is a huge credit to him. Working with a patched up Oline a true frosh at
QB and a WR crew that is missing a ton i thought that he called a great game. Im also high on him and feel as if we have found our OC for the future. Last point on him i love having OC's that were QB's.

The D played their hearts out. Patched up Dline and what a performance. Sure Wake is weak but still big John had a great game and our two DE's really stood tall. Dy looked like himself again and Reddish continues his quest for all ACC honors. Great job.

Murph. Nice to have a PK that you actually think is going to make the kick. Yes he is a little too low for my liking and im sure this will hurt us in some game but i think he is 8-9 which is almost perfect. Great job by him.

Coaching. The guys seem to be finding their groove. Loved seeing cool kid on the sideline coaching kids up and being a true team guy. Really hope we can find a way to keep him as i think he is an exceptional WR coach. I say pay him his salary name him associate head coach or whatever is needed to keep his pay up as the kids seem to respond to him. HCSS was solid still not sure about some decisions like kicking the PAT vs going for 2 when it would have mattered. I guess the bottom line is the kids play their hearts out for him and he is growing.

Mcfarlane. Wow nice to have him better. Best true back that we have. Good combo of vision, speed and power. I think he starts next year.

The future seems much brighter today. Not just because we won but because we are coming together as a team. With all of the young talent i like the direction we are headed. It will be a dog fight to make a bowl as Pitt and BC are both better on paper and we are going to need a sweep. Wish we could have Maryland back. Looking forward to getting some guys back and seeing how we do against the Tigers.

Nice to win make the week so much better.

Clock mgmt was very poor before the half again...it didn't matter this game so not a huge deal, but it's troubling that these guys (all Schafer?) can't get this right.

We had one TO, and we're trying to at least force a punt, maybe end up with a FG try or Hail Mary, right? Or maybe go for the block.

The clock/TO situation worked out so if they ran it three times, and we used our one TO wisely, they'd have to punt with maybe 12 seconds left.

Instead, after one of those runs, we let like 15 seconds run off the clock, THEN called a timeout.

The net result was they only had to run one more play and then the half ran out.

It's not a huge deal but it will be in a close game where we squander an oppty like that.

Have said it before, but these coaches should play Tecmo Bowl with Bo Jackson vs Christian Okeye where neither team could stop the other and it all came down to clock/possession mgmt so you scored last (unless the opponent went with LT/Giants and tried to Phil McConkey you to death)

Just an observation but honestly they need to improve this...in today's game this is about all a head coach does on game day right?

I attended the game and I'm just going to speak on the concessions at Wake Forest. It was god awful. They ran out of pretzels, hot dogs, french fries, pizza, spoons at the dippin dots, and ice for the drinks by the third quarter. All you could order was ice-less soda, bottled water, or a cheeseburger. I ended up getting a bottled water and it was frozen solid. They literally were so inept that they could not refrigerate their bottled water correctly. The lines were terrible, which was odd considering the place was a little over half full. I can't imagine what it is like there when the community actually gives a damn about the team. It's almost as if Wake Forest completely forgot they needed to supply their concession stands with products on gamedays. A Wake Forest fan and I were laughing about it while we were stuck in line as people would get angry that they had just waited in line to find out nothing they wanted was available.
