I really do not think UNC bball will get hammered. Maybe some other programs but not men's bball. This is not an opinion of what should happen but what I think will happen. Lose a couple ships, maybe vacate some wins and keep rolling.

Honestly I think the minor infraction the self reported to hold off penalties was brilliant and they should keep doing this forever until the NCAA is no longer in control. Everyone should once they are under investigation. Just keep self reporting one violation every so often and rotate which sport.

Also if they are going to vacate for guys playing in games/NC that actually took the fake classes it wouldn't be this NC game but past ones that would be vacated. Remember this started when Smith was still the coach.

Not that I think UNC will have any title vacated, if they had won last night AND a title was going to be vacated it wouldn't have been that one. It would be the 2005 title.

By 2009 the paper-class African-American Studies had pretty much ended.

I don't expect them to get hit with anything. And if they do get hit, it'll be minor, like a few scholarships at most.
