Syracuse Mention
I don’t refuse people’s conversations about golf because they may only play once a year. If you want to talk Syracuse basketball with me let’s have a chat. Hell come watch a game with me, I am not going to demand you name the starting five and the players on the incoming recruiting class.
To me, a real fan is the person who can separate sport from reality without creating hierarchical standards that everyone must live by. You are not a real fan because you have attended every home game for 30 years having missed weddings and baptisms along the way; you are an idiot.

Scott: Now that it's February (and with the caveat that yes, they're still only 3-7) - wouldn't Pitt rallying from 0-7 in the Big East to make the NCAA Tournament be one of the sports stories of the year? I figure it would take getting to 9-9 or 10-8 in the conference, and then a few wins in NYC, hopefully including Syracuse. The return of Woodall has really invigorated this team.
