It is now evident that the season record will be between 2-10 and 4-8 - in any event, no bowl. Ryan has had his chances to lead this team to wins and he just can't do it. Is it time ti give Loeb a chance and get ready for next season? The results can't be much worse.

Marrone will be out before Nassib. This problem is MUCH bigger than Nassib. For 2 years we have found ways to lose.

I thought you said that Marrone wasn't going anywhere this year? Nassib is definitely gone in 6 more games, that is certain.

I complain about Nassib a lot, but I agree. Most of the problems aren't caused by Nassib.

You know what I mean. While Nassib is eligible. And Marrone isn't going anywhere this year either.

Nassib is the cause of more of the problems that we realize. Against Div 1 teams he has a terrible record. Gains tons of yards between the 20's and then can't get it in the end zone until the game is out of reach. I am not saying it is all on him but he just is not that great.

We will be better off getting the next guy up some experience. Marrone is too stubborn for that so next year we will play with a QB with absolutely no experience.

This season can't be over fast enough for me.

I like Doug as a coach, but maybe his system just won't work in college. Most of the good systems that run up points, have a QB who puts pressure on the defense in multiple ways.

Like him or not, I can't see Marrone starting anybody else. Marrone values loyalty over everything else, it seems.

Obviously his downfall. Loyalty is an important characteristic when you're buying a dog, not when you're trying to build a winning team. Talent>>>>Loyalty for football players and coaching staff.

Nassib is actually a good QB but you expect to much of him. Next year isn't going to be easy for you since you have so many seniors starters this year. It will take another dip next two years before you start winning. BY Then, you will fire your coach and start all over.

I doubt Duggers would go for that. If he makes the switch, it might get Loeb some valuable reps for next year, but it also might ensure a 2-10 season and his being sacked. Can we really win immediately with a backup QB?

If he got assurance from our athletic director that he's coming back I think it would be a lot more likely.

Security, can we get this person escorted from the premises??

Seriously, the last thing I want to read is an analysis of our future prospects from a GD Rutgers fan. Go home

Loeb, isn't getting any PT. Marrone never put the kid in last year at Louisville when we were getting blown out. No chance Nassib sits. Marrone has treated this program like the NFL, he has put guys in and hasn't changed them unless they do whatever Ash Broyld did.

I feel your frustration. I just don't know the right way to proceed. I was ready to see Loeb in the game after the blocked field goal, but I have no credibility, even in my own mind.

I'm ready to work in another QB like Loeb to see what happens.

We return 9 from our defense. We just need a QB that doesn't throw the ball to opposing AA LB's and cough the ball up when he scrambles next year.

I can see why people might want Nassib out but I can't see why they want Loeb in.

the To's can be linked to the kid. No leadership skills. No escapeability. It's become a no brainer. In fact to some it's been a no brainer for a while.
