Lost in the euphoria of yesterday’s big win is that our transition offense and defense were shaky, particularly in the first half. In the first half, I thought Georgetown struggled to create good shots and we gave them 6-8 free points on fast break layups because we didn’t get back. If Frank is going to generate his offense driving to the basket, and I think he should, the other guys need to recognize that and rotate back.

On offense, Georgetown pressed and we never attacked the basket off of it. We were content to just get it over halfcourt and then reset our offense. If there’s no punishment for,pess8ng, teams will press us.
