He was cut from the acc authentic I see
Yeah and if Trebor had stayed here he wouldn’t even be on the list. This is the same guy who preseason ranked McCord as the 11th best QB in the ACC last year, lol. And at only 12k followers, I wouldnt exactly call him a national pundit
Ehh. He hasn’t made a play where I thought “yeah he’s arrived”. Seems like a perennial backup.I agree
I seriously hope this is a joke…Ehh. He hasn’t made a play where I thought “yeah he’s arrived”. Seems like a perennial backup.
Was happy to see that he was.He was cut from the acc authentic I see
Clown post. How to say you don’t actually watch the games without saying it.Ehh. He hasn’t made a play where I thought “yeah he’s arrived”. Seems like a perennial backup.
GoofI watched every game, save the second half of Pitt. Those highlight catches were mostly against the weaker opponents on the schedule. He needs to get a lot stronger. Reminds me of Hatcher. Nice player but he shouldn’t be starting unless he’s become a lot more physical.
A bit premature don’t you think?. So you have decided that he seems like a perennial backup after just his true Sophomore season? A season in which he played 12 games, started 3, and had over 500 yds receiving while playing his best ball at the end of the season? Just because physically he is on the slender build side, does not automatically make his upside the same as a redshirt junior Hatcher, who only played a partial season last year. Gill has shown none of Hatchers negative qualities of not being physical and fighting for jump balls. In fact he has crazy ups and has made some amazing aerial plays. And he has excellent speed and good hands.Ehh. He hasn’t made a play where I thought “yeah he’s arrived”. Seems like a perennial backup.
If your ultimate goal is to be a talent evaluator………. Don’t quit the day job.I watched every game, save the second half of Pitt. I think he will have 800 to 900 yds this yearI watched every game, save the second half of Pitt. Those highlight catches were mostly against the weaker opponents on the schedule. He needs to get a lot stronger. Reminds me of Hatcher. Nice player but he shouldn’t be starting unless he’s become a lot more physical.
I'd be completely shocked if this happened. He has all the ability but he doesn't have the aggressiveness that would get him to the next level.Hatcher is my WR I think can play his way into getting drafted or a preferred UDFA.
I really don't think he will be in top three in yards. Gives up on too many balls that are still catchable and lets other guy catch them.I'd be completely shocked if this happened. He has all the ability but he doesn't have the aggressiveness that would get him to the next level.
I actually think the opposite is going to happen and some of the younger guys on the depth chart pass him.
I will buy all the meats for your 2026 tailgates if Hatcher gets drafted.Hatcher is my WR I think can play his way into getting drafted or a preferred UDFA.
That’s aggressiveI will buy all the meats for your 2026 tailgates if Hatcher gets drafted.
Would love it if this happened. But I just do not see it.Hatcher is my WR I think can play his way into getting drafted or a preferred UDFA.
Agree. I am not seeing a Jamal Custis leap for Hatcher's senior year. I think his peak is part of the regular WR rotation where he has been, which is fine. You need depth.Would love it if this happened. But I just do not see it.
He has had many opportunities to prove he is "it" but every time falls a bit short.
I hope Hatcher kills it, but as I see it, how does he get reps above: gill, JRS, cook, Darius Johnson (looks ready day 1), Ross & Hornsby. Granted some of the guys I named haven’t done much yet on the field as they are younger, but they seem to have “it”. Rising tide lifts all boats, maybe Hatcher turns it into over drive and makes a leap we don’t expect. I hope he does, just hard to see it based on the room we have.Agree. He flashed every time he got on the field from Freshman year. To me a punt returner is always a baller.Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but couldn't we have said that about Pena going into last year? He was oft injured, but I remember not being super high on him going into the season.
