I need help!

Here in NC CBS is showing the UNC game at 1pm. I don't see the game listed on direct tv, full court, or espn3. Anyone have any other ideas of how to get the game?

I run the Syracuse meetup group here in NC and this would be a tough game for us to miss.

Thanks

Wow. Being that it is on CBS (and not one of the espn channels), it looks like it is not even on espn3. Directv does not have it any place.

CBS may have it on their sports website. They often offer TV games for free on the website.

All of this talk of it not being available certain places had me worried, but thankfully, it's the game we are getting on North Texas. Granted, I have to record it and watch it later, but still...party on.

I hope MCW plays a lot, so that if Jeremy Lamb guards him he gets confused, thinks MCW is himself, and let's him score about 30.

NC resident here. If you're in the Triangle or Triad, the CBS affiliate will put the CBS national game on their "alternate" channel when broadcasting an ACC regional game. If you have TWC digital cable, that would be channel 106 in the Triangle and channel 111 in the Triad. If you look on each affiliate's TV schedule on their websites (wral.com or digtriad.com), the UConn game is listed on these channels. Only downside is no HD. If you live in Charlotte there might be a similar arrangement there but I'm not completely sure.

Edit: just saw you have directv, so your best alternative might be to watch it at a bar with cable or on cbssports.com- not sure if directv subscribers would have it or not.

I think one of the NC (Charlotte) posters posted that CBS streams games on the web that are regionally blacked out on local TV.

I've got a brother (SU grad) living in Raleigh and he would like to see the game somehow some way. I told him about the possible CBS online option. Looks like you may have to register on CBS (Sports).Com in order to check it out?

I didn't see any info listing a Saturday stream, I may have missed it, or they might not have put the listing up yet?

Edit-I see raf4488 has added some clarity to the situation.

I was afraid after seeing this CBS scenario that I would be stonewalled getting some Big 10 track meet here in the midwest. Just checked and we're all good in Ohio!

Damn that sucks hope your group can find a way to watch. Luckily for you that unc game will be against su in the future.
