is vastly inferior to his 18 year old brother. As a competitive dude by nature... this would break my heart.

Agreed. And it's not like you can say, "hey man, he ended up lucky enough to be the big one."

Tyler has a HUUUUUUGE advantage in cranial size.

Sometimes younger brothers end up being the better athletes because they had to compete against their bigger/better brothers when they grow up. They are forced to elevate their game.

You will witness this next year when Jerami Grant arrives on campus. He's the best of a set of 3 brothers that have gone on to play high D1 basketball. The oldest brother who played at Clemson was definitely the worst of the 3. The middle brother, Jerian, is doing quite well at ND this year, though. Jerami will be better than both of them.

i believe there is an even younger grant... a 4th. I'm the middle child in my family and there isn't a game/sport that either of my brothers can beat me in. And it will be that way till I die.

FWIW, I am the oldest and am clearly superior to my younger sister in NERF hoops.:noidea:

Yes, I think Bill James pointed this out when talking about baseball.

And I agree with the OP; Tyler is a solid player but he can't touch Cody.
