His foot looked white coming off the field. I'd think that's serious.
Definitely more than a broken leg if he was in the ICU for two days. His foot looked white coming off the field. I'd think that's serious.
I gotta say, I know it is a game week, but I would have liked to see SU/Wildhack scramble an administrator to Winston-Salem to stay with Perkins, even if he has family there. Perhaps they did, but I have yet to read about it. I just think it is the least we can do for these kids, and to not do so is morally bereft and optically harmful.
Which means we don't know what happened, or whether it was illegal. But there was a lot the refs weren't calling in that game.

I would think that one of the medical staff stayed behind with him.I gotta say, I know it is a game week, but I would have liked to see SU/Wildhack scramble an administrator to Winston-Salem to stay with Perkins, even if he has family there. And major props to Clawson. I am not a fan of his, but this is way cool and just might begin to change my opinion of him.
If true suggests blood flow restriction, and would explain staying in Winston Salem ans ICU.His foot looked white coming off the field. I'd think that's serious.

You do Know I was responding to a specific penalty that was being labeled as responsible right, not to some possible penalty that was not called. Do you have something to support this ascertion or are you just tilting at illusory windmils.
Ah so tilting. No just commenting on the quality of the officiating. I had no assertion.
That's funny.Tyrone stayed with the team and school even though his PT was little and far between and is one easy kid to root for even before this injury. Get well soon Tyrone.
That was very nice of Clawson. Oh and can anyone imagine Clawson yelling at the nurse if he thought she/he didn't do something perfect for Tyrone while he was there?
Any shot he can get a 5th year?
That was an epic post and great find. Thanks for posting.![]()

Yesterday, got to meet Tyrone Perkins, the @CuseFB player who was seriously injured in last Saturday's game @WakeFB. After the visit, it got me thinking...
Actually I saw Bailey retweet it. And kudos to Dave Goren who is a great sportscaster and representative of SU.That was an epic post and great find. Thanks for posting.
