UB new locker room unveiled

Living in Knoxville, I see how many people have some sort of connection to the university and see how that contributes to the fanbase. I'm not saying UB would ever pack a 100,000 seat stadium, but a large state school, in a large city, that won consistently could really grow over the course of time.

But for The Bills

very slick! im impressed thst buffalo did all that! especially considering just about 4 years ago after we beat virginia tech how outdated our locker room was at that time!!! geeez

Nothing against SUNY at Buffalo. I wish them all the luck in the world, especially when they play (and hopefully beat) non-NY schools. But Syracuse isn’t going to try to grow a rivalry with them. We already have UConn and Colgate for regional punching bags.

Our MAC-level games should be based on where we think we can land recruits.

Buffalo/Rochester is close enough to Syracuse to not need the exposure and/or to have other means of getting it (practice/scrimmage in the area).

UB would have 5-10,000 fans at the dome made up of area alumni and students/people from Buff and Rochester. Thats not ridiculous to say, they brought a good contingent to the last basketball matchup.
