He's 20 pounds less than a standard D1 athlete, he is a deer in headlights, He's slow, weak. Holding onto the ball and eating the ball is first sign of having no idea where to pass it, On the roll out, you either throw it away or give a WR a chance. He's struggling with the center snap.

He held the ball because no one was open. He forces it throws a pick and you say the same exact thing anyway.
