A good thing...Syracuse can actually have coaches there unlike when the game was played in the Dome

We need all the development we can get in this area. I've said it for years - There is no way we do not have at least 5-10 good athletes in NYS each year. I think the talent is just very raw due to the lower quality football

- We should be running 7 on 7 tournaments for teams from Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Binghamton, Utica, Albany, etc every year
- All Star games should be encouraged
- Instead of over extending ourselves to recruit other states, I think we should work on developing the talent here

We should but the coaching here is still so amateur night. Wanted to coach but so much red tape. Then when went through it not a teacher, very difficult even with a decent resume.
