I bet Allen gets over 100 yards this half.
Austin Wilson? That was peak SU QBing. In fairness it's a game we haven't put to bed early enough in previous years. Lots of reps for Wilson and some of the youth that is likely much needed given those injuries.
that's too many.Gave up 19 yards in the half...mobbed
He's 2nd team though, correct? Which means he would be playing today regardless. Obviously, the injury still sucks, but he wasn't redshirting. Thanks to OrangeXtreme's participation report, this was actually Jacquez's fifth game, meaning he's past the 4 for redshirting, and in addition to the injury that suuuuuuuuuuucks.
Thought that kid was going to be killed on the fieldAustin Wilson? That was peak SU QBing.
I watched today's game, he is in a great system, give the ball to the running back.Tommy is doing just fine at Illinois this season.
Only Fans
r/CFB has a poll. I consider that the fan poll. We're 25th on reddit.I figure, after this week and Purdue's win, we'll be ranked in both in both the AP and Coaches poll. I bet we'd be ranked in a fan poll if they had one. They really should try to make one. Poll a bunch of CFB fans, and give the poll a fancy name. I'm thinking something like "Only Fans."
That last drive sequence made no sense
If we wanted to run the 2 minute offense why didn’t we?
Great minds think alike.Seems like the obvious choice imo
Probably just seeing if we could get another holding penalty. That last drive sequence made no sense
If we wanted to run the 2 minute offense why didn’t we?
More just a commentary that if a guy is going to get hurt, and hasn't already exhausted a redshirt, crappy timing to do it immediately in the 5th game of the season. He's 2nd team though, correct? Which means he would be playing today regardless. Obviously, the injury still sucks, but he wasn't redshirting.
That’s a first for me tooNever seen quarters shortened before.
