For those who didn't watch the Wake Miami game Wake spread the field from a tackle on one hash mark to a tackle on the other with large gaps between the guards and the center. I'm not sure if it's something they've been using or was special for that game, but the announcers seemed surprised and kept mentioning Wake's success with it. Miami had great difficulty defending it, hence the very near upset, and I fear we will, too. It spreads the defense out and they pass extremely well out of it. With the large gaps, it looks susceptible to a blitz, but Miami kept getting burned when they tried. On the other hand, they may try something else on us.
