headline on the PSU board. Is this even under the NCAA jurisdiction? If you have to ask that question, you are in big trouble.
um, that's not the worst thread, there's one arguing the age of consent and the rumor that the boy in the shower who was being raped was actually 16, not 10. Some folks are now arguing that it could have been consentual and legal under PA law.

and that makes up for the other 15 years? those people are nuts.
According to Wikipedia, age of consent in PA is 16. 1. Don't believe the "rumor" is true. Everyone thought the kid was 10. 3. A lot of states have exceptions to age of consent laws (i.e. CT age of consent is 16, but coaches, teachers, etc. cannot have sex with an otherwise of age individual under their care) - if PA has that, I would think Sandusky would fall in the exception as a representative of his charity.
Do you mean to tell us that we can't believe a rumor about this subject that was spread at Beaver Stadium? If we can't trust Penn State football fans, then who can we trust?
And we all know that rape of a 16 year old prepubescent boy is a lot more socially acceptable than rape of a 10 year old prepubescent boy. That's just common sense in Happy Valley.
