I don't get Hathaway's logic at all. He says Missouri was the 8th overall seed because they didn't play as strong an OOC schedule as some others. When you play in one of the top two conferences in the country then who gives a shat who you played in November and December. They played plenty of tough games and went 30-4. No sense at all. Does anybody really believe MIzzou is the 8th best team?
And oh by the way he has the 4th overall seed (MSU) paired with the eighth overall seed. That makes a lot of sense.
Then he uses the same logic about OOC to say why Iona was taken over Drexel. Yet Drexel had a better regular season record in a much better league.
