Because we don't want to throw the ball 80 times a game like Loony Leach does. And like you said they lost. WSU stinks. We sure as hell need to figure out how the hell to throw a pass and score an offensive touchdown so I certainly get your point! In an era of insane passing offense we can't do a thing. Having a decent QB and OC would help.

It's very possible that whoever our quarterback is next week, he will not throw a touchdown pass. if that transpires, we will behalf way through the season with a single touchdown pass- a 4 yarder vs. the CMU Chippewas.

BYU, Houston, Texas Tech, Boise State, Oregon, Baylor. That absolutely should have been us since the Dome opened. if we'd played that way from the beginning, we'd have attracted the talent nationwide to keep playing that way and the place would be rocking. We'd get 50,000 for every game becasue the fans would be coming to see our team, not the other team.

Honestly, I don't even know how you keep your defensive coordinators on the payroll after that. Do you really even need one? What happens if there's no defensive staff. They throw for 800?

And not only can they only bunt but after 3 innings only one person actually connects on a bunt and he gets thrown out at first.

Yeah, but doesn't Cal do a lot of air raid as well? It was a 60-59 game where each team had over 550 yards passing.

Can't you just come up with a few blitzes that can slow it down? I mean, that's just ridiculously bad/slow players.
