Rob is not a recruiter but he is a hell of a teacher just look at what he accomplished with Alec. I also expect that he will be moving on in the near future.

Well, I feel like that may be overstating it with Alec. Alec put up good numbers throughout his career, and had hand injuries that limited him his first couple years.

That said, I do like Rob as a teacher of the position.
