1996 is when his reputation started to change, getting that team to the title game, becoming less of a jerk thanks to Juli. of course 2003 is what put him over the top, however, no question

Plus, while our regular season performance over the past 4 or 5 years has been mediocre, he has been a beast in the tournament. He's actually getting better in March.
