After their performance against UNC Asheville, I wouldn’t bet on the Orange with someone else’s money.

Other teams have faced injury issues, with mixed results, recently in the tournament. Syracuse was a No. 1 seed in the West two years ago but lost center Arinze Onuaku to a quadriceps injury in a Big East tournament game. He never returned to the lineup, and the Orange were eliminated in the Sweet 16 by Butler.

"We're not giving up an asset to do this," Wallace said, pointing out that Iverson essentially cost the team Hakim Warrick. The Griz rescinded Warricks' qualifying offer when Heisley got enamored with Iverson. The Griz could offer Iverson up to $5 million with the cash they saved by not keeping Warrick.

Its amazing how just like 2003 when everyone gave us no chance against Oklahoma,Texas,or Kansas no one gives us a chance against Michigan St, North Carolina, Ohio St, Kansas or Kentucky.

From the NCAA Tournament sweet 16: Syracuse vs Wisconsin preview

- this article proves how little stock you should put in some online sites who try to put forth some analysis of matchups. Here's an excerpt:

Matchup to Watch: Kris Joseph, Syracuse vs. Mike Bruesewitz, Wisconsin – “KoJo” is the only veteran left in the middle with Melo gone, so the interior matchup will be extra critical to the outcome of the game. Joseph is a very thick forward to find down low and will be difficult for Bruesewitz to keep in front of him. Joseph will win the matchup in the paint, but Bruesewitz will consistently spread the floor with his ability to hit shots from the perimeter.

Maybe he's on the money with regards to the Wisconsin player but his analysis of "KoJo" is laughable. Why even put your opinion out when it is clear that you haven't done any work to provide a foundation for it.

Another expert... from the Rant Sports article... "West Region" I didn't get past that.
