It would be crazy considering Texas beat Alabama. Actually pretty crazy that happened this year because it makes it EASY.

That said… this is the perfect year for the 8 team playoff. Without a doubt.

A stated criteria was conference champ. If Washington, FSU and Michigan are all undefeated conference champs they have to be in. Then it comes down to Texas, Georgia and Bama. I think Georgia is out as they aren’t a conference champ. Texas beat Bama at Bama so I think they deserve to be in. No SEC and the crying can begin - Sankey was campaigning for 2 spots if Bama wins.
