Why not? I know he's old, but Red's a big guy. If he can catch him, I bet he can take him off the floor.I’m not sure Red will be able to take him off the floor. No one else can do what he does at the guard position.
Time will tell. But Red has clearly lost a stepWhy not? I know he's old, but Red's a big guy. If he can catch him, I bet he can take him off the floor.
JJ can give him a break.I’m not sure Red will be able to take him off the floor. No one else can do what he does at the guard position.
Wut?
Are we really doing this?
Yup. People were concerned with his height. Watching him live, his height doesn't even come into play. At least against a D2 school. Such a different look vs watching guys like Mintz and Copeland.A true point guard who defends.

I had high hopes for Carlos coming into the season but he’s already exceeding them. Can’t wait to see how he does against better competition. But I think we’re going to be very happy with him. Hopefully Chance can be the backup PG as his gets his seas legs back and gains confidence from his injuries.A true point guard who defends.

He went for 10 points and 9 assists against Duke, with 3 turnovers.I couldn't watch the game last night, but I like what people are saying. Still, my optimism will be cautious until I see him against better competition. Things change when playing against bigger, faster, more agile players. I believe some people have said he looked good against Duke last year, so that bodes well.
There’s things you can see outside of the box score and the fact we played a D2 program that will carry over against better teams. He went for 10 points and 9 assists against Duke, with 3 turnovers.
It looks like a pretty good game, but Hofstra lost in a blowout, so it's hard to get a read on how meaningful the stats were.
Roach went for 19 and 8 without a turnover, so in as much as that was a head to head contest, Roach performed better.
It's great that Carlos dominated a D2 program yesterday, but we would be appalled if he didn't.
