I already gave up a couple of days ago, but why aren’t there parking passes for west and raynor. The choices are university or up near Manley. Is it due to being sold already?

You have to buy the season parking pass for those lots.

Fyi, fine and Standart are by credit card and you can usually park there even when they say its pass only for West parking
