Ramsey wanted Marrone to challenge a catch. He thought was incomplete.
Marrone didn’t challenge.
The Jaguars forced a punt and Ramsey mouthed towards Marrone.

Marrone must have been pissed the player second guessed and lost his cool.
He probably told Ramsey he decides or something like that. Either way Marrone as the HC has to have more composure.
