Looks like Congress may not have extended the Ivies anti-trust exemption. Ivy aid in limbo ahead of antitrust exemption expiration in 2022

I talked with some People coaching in the Ivies today.. They had no idea it was happening.

So they can collude to do it as a league in the way they did before.. You wonder if one blinks does it force another to do it and so on,.

If there is no one exemption then such collusion would be illegal, and subject to (treble or punitive) damages, I believe.
