Been away too long and haven't contributed, but here we go.

Had Southern Comfort and ginger ale with dinner Christmas eve (shrimp, tenderloin, twice baked potatoes).

The wife and I shared a bottle of Los Rocas Garnacha last night with our dinner of pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and garlic brussel sprouts.

Tonight - not sure yet, but it might be a night off. Tomorrow night with the wife's family so that could be dangerous.
