Which new NFL coaches will do best?

Assuming Quinn goes to Atlanta and Kubiak goes to Denver, which new NFL coaches will do best over the next four years?
Best defined as most improvement.
I think it will be either Fox or Del Rio.

Fox - I think compared to last season, both in wins and obvious/noticeable level of play on all 3 sides of the ball D). Might not be as measurable in offensive production or individual production because the Bears statistically had their 1st or 2nd greatest offensive season ever.
