Of course it's Jesse and not really close. Joe would be a disaster in man to man.We have a hole in the middle and no shooters in the backcourt.
Do we miss Jesse or Joe the most?

I think we need a big and miss Jesse more, but it’s weird some of you think Joe wouldn’t hold up here in man, but has so far at Clemson. Like there’s not data already to back this up.Of course it's Jesse and not really close. Joe would be a disaster in man to man.
you have watched Clemson games? Joe had trouble guarding guys in a zone. Our coaches watched him every day. If they thought he could play man to man, he would still be here.I think we need a big and miss Jesse more, but it’s weird some of you think Joe wouldn’t hold up here in man, but has so far at Clemson. Yes, I’ve watched two of them. He’s better in man than zone. I’m not even a Girard apologist, but he’s playing better than the guy we brought in.you have watched Clemson games? Yep, and JT also rebounds. That's what is frustrating about Bell. He has an outside shot and very little else. Very limited player. If JT can get more shots off (at a reasonably good percentage), he's great to have on the court.I disagree, he’s the only dude who has interest in playing defense.
Joe will never be an in-your-face/junk yard defender, but you are correct, he is absolutely a better man defender than his fit for us the last 4 years in the zone (which was obviously not great to say the least). I live close to glens falls, so I’ve always followed both him and Jimmer during their careers. I’ve watched all his games this year and his head is constantly on a swivel watching over everything/switching with teammates. And his instincts are usually spot on, probably from his days of playing QB at a high level. His first two games he only attempted 8 shots, was just looking to pass the ball. Then apparently PJ Hall told him he was brought in to be their shooter at the 2 guard, and the last two games against Davidson and Boise State he has gone 15/32 from the field (8/18 from 3). He leads the team in assists with 14 and only has 4 turnovers. Clemson as a team passes the ball like crazy, maybe even too unselfishly.Yes, I’ve watched two of them. He’s better in man than zone.
