In terms of KP offensive efficiency:
2019 Virginia - #2 in the country
2020 Virginia - #238 in the country,
I would be interested knowing if anybody has ever taken such a large fall when they were a top 10 offence the year before. I have my doubts that anyone has ever declined this much before.
I have at times mildly enjoyed watching some Virginia teams, such as last year (and some good Wisconsin teams as well). While they were deliberate, they run very good and skilled offensive sets with quality players, and not only with the intent of killing clock. It still looked like there is a purpose to what they do rather than just grinding, and they would and could strike earlier on the clock if the opportunity was there.. And then when they have mediocre or bad offences like this year, where it is purely grinding and killing time, I want to take my eyes out.
