I guess I can watch the women on my laptop while watching the men on the tv... the ultimate in multitasking.

The hospital doesn't get ESPNU I'm going to see if I can find the men online.

We do get the YES channel on TV so I should be able to get the girls

This might work. Not sure if it is a live feed or just updates of stats. The Mens' is also suppose to be on WatchESPN.

ESPN 3 on Xbox allows pic in pic, so you can watch both at once.
