College sports have become big business and will be much bigger in future. It’s time to think big forSyracusefootball. If we take care our business, we will be OK eventually.
How about try to schedule one game at The Met Life stadium each year with teams such as ND and PSU.
ND might be willing to play us at NYC for our once every three year game. I would like to see us and PSU extend the home-home-neutral arrangement. But it becomes less likely with MD and RU in BIG. Not sure if there is any leverage from the relationship between Doug and PSU coach.
ACC needs to be creative too to promote northeast football with ND involved. Is it possible for an early season kick off in MetLife similar to those inAtlanta? It probably is a better idea than a winter ball game in NYC.
If at least two of ND, BC, and us are relevant, northeast football probably is fine. I pray that Doug can get things done.
