I'll bring this up, I would absolutely love if Gerry is down for the idea and is able to poach Matt Langel from Colgate (brought up by other posters here). Let's be real, unless he gets the BC job (is he even an option there?), Langel needs to prove it on the big stage as an AHC to really let his time at Colgate speak for itself and raise his stock. That is a move that will have all of us buzzing!

I can understand if he wants to be the man, though... as he should have been years ago. I'd be fully onboard with him as an assistant, but it feels unlikely and Jake seems to confirm.
