I don't really follow professional sports but thought you folks might like to see this internet article about the worst draft picks over the last 30 years:

NFL Draft busts: Worst picks of last 30 years

I counted 3 from Penn State, 2 each from Nebraska, Houston, and Michigan State, but only one from an ACC team (Wake Forest). The article is based on some opinions but still it's an interesting read. Some of the player names I recognized.

BTW, I think once you get a good RB, the pressure will be taken off the passing game and the defense won't have to play so much with less 3 and out situations so I am saying there is a chance SU will get much better in the future running a HUNH offense .
