I've been thinking about this (too much) and if he does decommit, it's actually not a problem, because it would make a double negative, which we all know was a positive. That's actually what he was referring to with that whole 2222% committee thing.

When he lists who else was involved, he only mentions WVU. Not Putt, Maryland, Duke, VT or (big surprise) his beloved Rutgers. All offered Garrett.

He also pulled a link to an article he wrote on Garrett where he had glowing praise for him, back just after he had visited RU and had said some fairly positive comments about them.

87 does not reflect his offer list. Medley is also rated with an 87 and he has offers from Ped State and Michigan, among others. Pathetic.

Oh yes, Garrett looks like another terrific WR prospect. Physically, tough, can make catches with someone in his face. But he is already 6’3 196. And it appears he is elite speed as well. The talent upgrades continue.

Originally read the post title and thought we had a Defensive End (DE) commitment. Delaware (DE) is such a small state you hardly ever see recruits from there, although I know we’ve gotten a few in the past.

Met his parents right after Fran was hired. They were heading up to Syracuse for a visit. Kid was very undersized for a Power 4 DE. Seemed like a very nice family though.
