Well the nice thing is we only have to wait about her 5-6 hours.
I'm hoping that he is the first of that group of three to announce.

This guy says hi.After the Robert Washington debacle, all of my expectations have been tempered. I'll never get as hyped about a potential recruit after that.

Michael Vick will forever (hopefully) be the poster child for this type of result. As disappointing as it gets from a recruiting standpoint (we weren’t aware of his dogfighting issues back in 1998 either). Seeing him in 1999 versus our 2-headed QB clown show will forever be a low point for our program. After the Robert Washington debacle, all of my expectations have been tempered. You can spin things anyway you want. But that doesn't change the one thing that is not in dispute. You ruin everything.Regardless of what you think, WVU was trying to get him on campus for their big weekend event after the dead period, which he didn't attend. They were firmly in the mix, and once he turned that down, it became a GT/SU race. So you can say "no one" but that's patently false.
Ya, that was brutal. The Hodge debacle is probably the straw that broke the camels back for me. After that I took every recruiting battle with a grain of salt. Even if we won I was worried they wouldn’t qualify, produce or get kicked out of school. Life is to short. We go to battle with the guys we got, just like my platoon sergeant said. I root for those guys and no one else.
That was the last basketball recruit I devoted too much time and interest in. Recruiting kills you as a fan when you care too much. I don’t care as much these days, Atleast not where it impacts your sanity.Losing Hodge made room for Warrick and I think we’re all happy how that turned out. Just interesting in hindsight.

As I recall [and I might have the timing a bit off, now that this was [unbelievably] 20 years in the rear view mirror, but I think we had the Hodge decision, and the 69-0 beatdown at VT orchestrated by Michael Vick happen withing a couple of weeks of each other.
Very low point for me as an SU fan.
They were a year apart. I just remember this because 0-62 was my freshman year and Julius Hodge was my Sophmore year.
BTW never had a great feeling about Hodge coming here.
Guys/gals, Bnoro knows his stuff but he also said Gowdy was going to WVU not long ago, and no one, I mean, no one else, thinks that. what that means is, he is human.
Bnoro is a human?
Most cyborgs aren't built with beer gutsallegedly. I am still buying the rumor that he is a cyborg, however.
