Heavy negative recruiting by Miami, the last month + didn't help at all and I believe Miami has come with more $$.

Makes sense. Seems like NIL $ is the lead factor, but I have to believe a 5 star WR is going to have some concerns with what he saw this season. Having to trust Angeli will be healthy and a solid backup will be signed to improve our pathetic offense is a big ask.
