So if they trusted him to run the 2 min O over Villari or Davis why didn't they get this kid some PT at any point in last 2 games? They really thought they could be successful throwing this kid to wolves asking him to run a 2 min O to drive the field 80 yards when he's never even thrown in game? Coaching genius...

I still just don’t understand how you don’t give villari the keys. The kid is a player. The one pass they let him throw was put with perfect touch. I don’t understand how they didn’t actually let him throw another real pass to keep the d honest.

What’s scary is the coaching and eye is so bad, that unless injuries happened, no way they even get to this point to realize Villaris potential and use him the way they have. Same thing that happened with Tucker. Until injuries happened, they had no clue he was that good. It’s scary how bad Dino is on all fronts of being a coach

So the guy that's so far down the QB depth chart, can't see the field in two games we have no QB. But he's a genius at the 2 minute offense and nothing else....

Couldn’t we have a kid who plays the position or any other fast skill position player doing it. was really hard to understand the point of Davis. The pass he threw through is fine. I just didn’t understand his jet sweep roll.

Second question vallari was throwing 20 yard passes to the sidelines and they were lasers. I assume he’s capable of least trying it downfield, the one to Alford was fine enough.

Despite some bonehead decisions by Dino, special teams cost us the game. Two missed extra points, missed field goal, fumble on kickoff and a illegal block on a good return. That’s at least 12 points caused by special teams. Our special team guru is not very special. He’s been given a free pass.

One missed FG should have never been attempted and in my opinion changed the whole feel of the game.

I get what he's saying because when you have a competent quarterback you have to account for him but come on man.

Also going five wide with Allen lined up as a wild cat quarterback. Do you actually think they're going to respect the five wide receivers when you have a running back lined up at QB? Maybe if you run it once or twice a game, not your offense.

I don’t understand how certain players only do certain things. One is the passing qb, one is the under center qb and one is the 2 min guy.

This is the worst excuse I've ever heard. We have two weeks experience for running a triple option. How can McPhail POSSIBLY KNOW the 2 minute offense accounting for the current reality better than anybody else.

It wasn't a triple option (not to nitpick); it was a wildcat formation.

The triple option features a FB dive up the middle (fake or hand-off), and then the QB and TB moving down the line where the QB either keeps or pitches to the TB.

We didn't have any FB dive portion. The RB/QB behind center either ran the dive / off tackle, or handed off.
