Yep and they might make a bowl, which looked very unlikely not long ago. Maryland is doing their usual nosedive after beating up on stiffs early on and Penn State is a dumpster fire. You have to have Rickie at QB to not qualify for a bowl

Fran failed miserably in the portal. Two good offensive guys were brought in with Angeli and Cook. The D was crap last year and we lost Wax, Barron and Diggs, what the hell did he expect would happen with the D if we didn’t bring some dudes in. Was our NIL that bad?

I’ve reached apathy on this season. But just hoping Fran can keep the culture strong and continue to develop and build the depth and ensure we are two QB deep for next season. The game was over the second we didnt get a TD from the 1 yard line. Funny thing was, as I watched, I expected a mistake and a settle for a FG. Sad.

Rikki is so not the answer, why does everybody see that except the Coach ?????? No touch or accuracy on so many of his throws. Always missing open receivers. Can somebody explain to me what Fran sees in this kid (if he has any supporters on this Board) ???

Biggest disappointment was not even a Carney glimpse. Why ???????????? It should not have affected Rikki's psyche to be pulled with 5 minutes left in a lost cause game.

It was good enough for us to be a pretty decent team if we remained healthy at QB. But probably not as good as it needs to be to be elite. From the outside, the spring infusion of talent was likely a last minute thing when the staff didn’t feel good about what we had. Is it possible football took a hit to increase our ability to compete in basketball? If so, basketball needs to be good.

It's a damn shame what happened with Steve Angeli. He was becoming a great QB, the team had bought into him as the leader he could throw an accurate pass. He was becoming the second McCord. But now we have to wait hope he heals well and put him behind center next season. Going to be a long winter

When attending the games you also get this perspective that TV really doesn’t provide. We often have WRs running open and they don’t get the ball from Rickie. He either takes a sack, takes off running or throws into coverage. It happens A LOT.
