I'm really having a hard time understanding why he came out and never went back in. Sure, he made an offensive foul, but I don't even think it was that bad of a foul. He was being aggressive toward the basket when he picked it up.
JB has seemed to find his psychiatric patient for the year. Last year it was Dion, this year it seems to be Rak. Hopefully he comes out of his year of "treatment" as well as Waiters did.
Probably nobody, but with a big lead, it's a good time to get him a few extra developmental minutes. I missed the first few minutes of game when he scored 7. I assume he looked OK? What, a few put-backs?
Like the aggressiveness of this team in this game so far.
I have no problem seeing Rak come back in and certainly he has less experience than CJ or James but they can also use the time to develop and get better. James is developing a one dribble driving game which I'd love to see more of. If Rak does not come out as the starter in the 2nd half I'd be surprised.
Ive thought this from the beginning...our best shot at winning a NC is by developing Rak over giving CJ all his minutes. I have visions of a UNC or UK playing volleyball against our backline if CJ is playing all game.
