And just what do you think Jonny Flynn looked like at the ripe age of 14? MCW looked like he was 15 when he was 18. If, in fact, they offered a kid who is 14 then I'd be prone to believe that he is a special talent and they know exactly what they're doing.

The kid is like a miniature version of MCW but has an infinite variety of ways of tossing the rock up and it eventually going in. His shots are from uncanny body positions and he would be a nightmare to defend as a result of it. His step back while flipping the ball forward with a twist of both wrists is awesome. Great to be building a solid Cuse connection with this kid.

If I remember correctly, and i think I do, his mom was sending emails on the old syracusefan.com board to some saying check out the future next syracuse orange. Been follwing his videos for 3-4 years now. He was meant to grow into one of the best,never doubted it for a second.

Duke has entered into the recruitment of Iona Prep junior sharpshooter Matt Ryan, his AAU coach Chris Alesi said. Duke associate head coach Steve “Wojo” Wojciechowski spoke to the highly ranked Ryan on Tuesday. Ryan, who visited Notre Dame last weekend, will see Boston College this weekend.

Don't think there is serious mutual interest at the moment. Only connection so far was him attending the elite camp, but no interest has been shown since. Could be that the staff choose Lydon over Matty Ice for the shooter they rather prefer and think they've a better shot at landing. Ryan has been considered a strong Notre Dame lean before Duke started calling.
