0-4 against P5 opponents

The average amount of time a Coach gets at schools is 3-4 years, enough to get a full roster of his guys in. We have been here 6 years now and are on the ropes of only being +.500 1 time and it was with half of his guys. At what point is enough enough?

We weren't making a bowl in the first year or two here with what Dino got from Shafer. IF he inherited an 8-4 type program like Shafer did that's different.

Dino bet on the wrong horse in Tommy, and last year was what it was. Roster is young. My NFL crack, Dino is President, GM, Director or Scouting and HC...so a lot goes away at once.

He couldnt go to a bowl those two years? If dungey doesnt get hurt he most likely does make bowl games. You cant trash the players he got from Shafer and then give him credit for 10-3 when it was mostly the seniors from shafer that won the season.

First year no. Second year team was a bit shot after Clemson. LSU, FSU, and an upswing Miami was pretty tough. And there was no backup in the stable.

Last time a coach won 10 game here before Dino half this place couldn't legally buy a beer.

My biggest fault with Dino was betting on Tommy. Obvious why he did but it didn't work.

The Athletic (or maybe ESPN, forgot) did a piece on ACC coaches on the hot seat, and it's like half of them. Firing a guy is easy, bringing someone in here that can succeed is hard. If Dino poops the bed next year it's over, but this, man its tough because it's all razor's edge stuff.

While I'm on the fire Dino side, I don't think he gets fired this year even with a 3-9 record.

I wouldn't say competing. We are competing right now, just not winning. I think we need someone who can help this team get over that hill and start winning.

The Giants screwed up by giving the HC job to Ben McAdoo. Not replacing Coughlin.

Just don’t hire Gilbert to replace Babers. Have the AD actually do his job and find a good Football HC.

I think this is an extremely tough place to win that's vastly under appreciated here.

Like if we won the ACC or went to a NY6 bowl maybe.

Right now it was a great season but not enough when it’s our only bowl season in 5 years. He needs a bowl season in year 6.
